Processing Manager, Kristen Brantley, started Specialized Mortgage Solutions in 2008 after spending 10 years working in the residential mortgage industry. Her experience ranges from processing, closing and funding positions, Operations Manager, building small private mortgage banks, securing and maintaining investor and warehouse line relationships, and hiring and training an operations staff of up to 60 mortgage professionals. She is also well versed in DRE & CFL compliance.

Since launching Specialized Mortgage Solutions, the company has hired additional experienced and well qualified team members ranging from processors to processing managers and underwriters. Today, Kristen and her diverse team of mortgage professionals manage a robust paperless portfolio for Mortgage Brokers all over California. For C2 Financial Corp loan officers, Specialized Mortgage Solutions is Level A approved and can also process out of state loans.
